• Order processing times: After an order is placed you can expect items to be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In the case of customized Gemstone kits, it may take up to 7 days to create and balance those kits before shipping.
  • Domestic and international shipping options: We ship exclusively by USPS world wide to most countries. You will be charged duties and taxes where applicable.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are based on your location. WE DO NOT SET THE COSTS for over seas shipping. FREE shipping is available to US addresses for orders over $75.
  • Buy online, pickup in-store: is always FREE. Please wait for our email letting you know your order is ready for pickup as some items are warehoused at my Beloit studio and may not be available immediately in-store.
