Claims for damage of shipped items must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for your next steps. If you are asked to return the item, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged items will be replaced whenever possible, or will receive a web site or in-store credit for one of a kind products.
